Classes usually vary from 45- 90 minutes. 

 

Kirsty can host classes at your home, office, gym, studio, beach, park or even boat!

Gather a group of your friends, family, bridal party, sports team, colleagues, yacht crew and clients and we can design classes/ workshops and events to suits your needs. 

Keep an eye out for outdoor community classes and events.

VINYASA

Flow, strengthen + lengthen

Using our breath we synchronise asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath) into a fluid and creative sequence often accompanied with music.  Awakening though the spine and creating heat through sun salutations, we focus on alignment while strengthening and lengthening through the entire body.
Intensity can vary based on student preferences.
There is opportunity for a more gentle Hatha flow, or to really get your sweat on!

All classes are beginner friendly with options to advance.

YIN

Let go + surrender

Yin yoga allows you to dive deeper into your practice both mentally and physically. The focus is on longer held asanas supported by props and breath tho dive deep in the connective tissue- facia, bones and joints as well as the energetic body. Yin is fantastic to align posture, increase flexibly, reset the mind and balance a fast paced Yang world.


We will often finish the class with a juicy Yoga Nidra meditation.

YIN- YASA

Balancing Yin + Yang

Yin-Yasa is perfect for students looking for a mix of slow and energising asana.

Sun salutations open the class, getting the blood flowing. After engaging the core you can relax with well deserved Yin asanas.


Longer held poses allow a deeper introspective and meditative state to form and will have you feeling revived and rejuvenated at the end of the class.

AN INTRODUCTION

Understand the foundations of yoga and pranayama. Look further into alignment and build the basics for you to deepen your practice and feel confident going to public classes.

ASANA FOCUS

Wanting to work towards a specific asana or target particular muscle groups? Recovering from an injury? 

Tailor-made classes to increase mobility, strength and flexibility for your practice.

MINI RETREATS 

Looking to absorb all the benefits of yoga, meditation, journaling and community? 

Enquire about mini-retreats and events and cacao ceremonies.

I can teach locally at your home, garden or outdoors.  Up to 6 people, from 45 min $100.

Outside of Auckland may incur additional travel fees.

60min starting at $150 depending on the size of the class and offerings.
